to the Institute for Interdisciplinary Didactics
About us
The IDIF was founded in 2015.
In teaching, it supervises the integrative subjects of physical education and social sciences, namely for the teaching professions of elementary school, Hauptschule, Realschule and Gesamtschule (secondary level I), Gymnasien and Gesamtschulen (secondary level II), as well as for the teaching profession for special needs education.
In research, the focus is on the interplay of different subject perspectives in the integrative disciplines of geography, physical education and social sciences as well as their didactics. In addition, the professorships each have subject-specific research foci.
